For rapid prototyping and regular production orders, our standard terms are Ex Works (EXW). This means that once the goods leave our factory, the customer is responsible for shipping, customs clearance, and all other associated costs. We also offer Delivered at Place (DAP) terms with DHL Express Air, and the customer is responsible for import duties and fees associated with international shipping. Customers also have the option of using their own shipping account (such as DHL, FedEx, or UPS) at checkout, if applicable.

There is no single answer to this question, but there are some rules that apply. For US customers, prototypes used solely for development, testing, product evaluation or quality control purposes are allowed to be imported into the US duty-free at the Most Favored Nation rate (US HTS No.: 9817.85.01). Import duties vary widely from country to country and depend on the type of goods being imported. Most countries in the world follow the international Harmonized System (HS) codes, which classify nearly all commercially traded goods.

Each process is different, depending on part size, quantity required, and finishing requirements. High-quality prototype parts can be completed in 3-9 ra. Rapid injection molding can take 2-5 weeks to complete. More complex parts or parts with other special features take longer. As for shipping, most of our shipments are shipped by air, which only takes a few days from China to Europe or North America.

Langhe accepts two payment methods: Bank-to-Bank Wire Transfer. Langhe has accounts in both Hong Kong and Shenzhen, China. Langhe can send you a PayPal invoice, and you can pay with your PayPal account or credit card.

We do not provide design services, so you need to prepare CAD files to use our services. You need to submit 2D and 3D CAD drawings, and we will provide design for manufacturing (DFM) review after receiving your order.

Langhe's self-developed prototype finishing can provide the best post-finishing services, including assembly and shaping, fastening and metal embedding, grinding and polishing, sandblasting and brushing, painting and printing. We also provide a variety of special surface treatments, including laser etching, Ā whatu, electroplating, chrome plating, chemical treatment, paniwhiti paura, take. In order to quickly provide customers with simulation prototypes that are exactly the same as the final product, we provide one-stop surface finishing services for the convenience of customers.

Almost all engineering plastics and metal materials can be processed to ensure the consistency of prototype parts with mass production parts.
